The company “Thoukydidis Kallantzis and SIA EE” was founded in 2008 by experienced architects and engineers. The personnel consists of architects, civil, mechanical and electrical engineers and topographers. The company emphasizes in study and survey-construction of new buildings, promoting bioclimatic architecture and refurbishing and upgrading the energy performance of existing buildings. The company takes on all phases for building and renovation projects, such as consulting, preliminary studies, final studies, detail design, construction permits, survey and construction. The base of the company is in Greece and the area of activity includes the Balkans.

• Alexander Kallantzis, Civil engineer MSc, PhD, specialized in project management and
